Paws

  • Let's Talk is offered 2:30-4:30 pm during Fall semester in the 3rd floor conference room of Recreation and Wellness.

  •  Let’s Talk is not a substitute for formal counseling/crisis resources and is not mental health treatment, but counselors can listen to your specific problems, provide support, help explore solutions and give information about other resources.

  • Urgent/Crisis Counseling is available at Boynton Health’s Urgent Mental Health Care Clinic during clinic hours. It is located on the 4th floor of Boynton at 410 Church St. SE

  • Contact Boynton Mental Health by phone (612-624-1444) to schedule your first appointment. You will be scheduled to meet with a Brief Consultation Specialist via Zoom for 20 to 30 minutes at a time that works for you. The therapist will talk with you about your concerns, then schedule your next appointment with the most appropriate service for your needs.
