Grants

Want to fund your group event? USG provides grants to help student groups fund their events. Grants are given out in rounds throughout the year.

R4 Grant Applications are now open! They will close on April 13th.

Decisions about grant distribution will be made within 2 weeks of the application round closing.

Important: Please carefully read the Event Grant Guidelines before applying.

Every group must fill out an audit form that details your proof of purchase(s) for our Finance Team. The audit process ensures that student groups are sustainable and responsible with USG money. Keep track of your receipts and budget sheets to make this process easier, and fill out the required Event Grant Template.

*New This Year*- While USG Event Grants are still open to every student group, groups with a registered Student Group Representative (SGR) that is in good standing will be given priority. If your group does not have an SGR and would like to have one, you can fill out the registration form.
