Diversity & Inclusion Committee

The Diversity and Inclusion committee strives to better the campus environment so that it welcomes, supports, and provides equitable opportunities for all students.

A main focus of our committee is to address issues and advocate for change that is inclusive and just. The Diversity and Inclusion committee also seeks to support university communities. We want to ensure that campus resources and services are representative of, and accessible to every student.

We are composed of student representatives who provide various perspectives to consider in our advocacy. Our committee meets bi-weekly to implement and execute plans that address student matters. We collaborate with other MSA committees and teams in resolving campus issues as they relate to diversity and inclusion. We also express concerns to university administration and consult with their departments as we work through our advocacy processes.
